WHAT can be returned?
If the product is faulty or you are unhappy with the fit we are able to arrange a swap or size change for you. Please contact our customer service team for instructions in the best way for your region.
SALE items are not returnable unless faulty.
The TIME limit for arranging returns will be fourteen days from us shipping the goods, however if there is an unforeseen delay in shipping we will be reasonable. The customer is to pay for the shipping on return for a size swap (please carefully look at sizing on the web site), however we will ship the new item at our cost.
